Sliding the extension deck is one of the cons of SJIII 3219. While working at a height of 25ft in the air, you have to remove a number of pins before pushing the rails to slide the deck out, then you have to put it back in the right holes.

SJIII 3219 can make you reach working heights up to 25ft (7.62m) easily, with relatively small dimensions, it can go through doorways, gives you access to tight spaces and easy close to walls operation for indoor and outdoor high working applications.
When it comes to working height, Skyjack SJIII 3219 is not the best but not the worst, with 6.6in (0.16m) lower than GS1930 from Genie and 3.12in (0.08m) higher than 1930ES from JLG.

Extension Deck
One of the most important features of the scissor lifts is the large platform compared to other lifts like boom lifts, plus the possibility to use Extension Deck to increase the length of the platform.
The total length of the platform of SJIII 3219 with the extension deck rolled out is 100in (2.54m) as same as GS1930 from Genie.
1930ES from JLG beats SJIII 3219 and GS1930 with 109in (2.77m) total length of the platform.
Sliding the Extension Deck
On the other side, GS1930 has a foot activated extension deck, press the foot pedal and push the rails, while 1930ES from JLG has two handles, just catch and push, both are easy and quick. Skyjack isn't the best at this point.
Capacity and Number of Persons
As same as his competitors, SJIII 3219 has two persons as a maximum number which could be carried, sure it can carry more than 2 persons but the instructions should be followed for your safety in the first place.
For capacity, SJIII 3219 can carry and lift 550 lbs (249 kg) for the main platform, and 300 lbs (136 kg) when the extension deck is rolled out.
AC Outlet
Skyjack 3219 has an AC outlet in the platform which provides an easy access power source for tools that require electricity, to reduce the number of cords. It is definitely one of the pros of this product.
